1. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations provided by Stone4Home Essex Ltd are based on customer-provided measurements or drawings unless an on-site template survey has been conducted by our technicians.

• Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing is subject to confirmation following site survey and template completion.
• Any changes in dimensions, material selection, edge profiles, or cutouts requested after the initial quote will be adjusted on the final invoice.

2. Natural & Engineered Stone Variations

Quartz, granite, marble, and ceramic materials are subject to natural variations in color, tone, veining, and pattern.

• Samples supplied or viewed in our showroom are indicative and small representative pieces.
• Slight variations between samples and actual slabs are inherent characteristics of stone products and do not constitute a defect.

3. Templating & Installation Requirements

For a smooth templating and installation process, customers must ensure the following site conditions are met:

• Kitchen base units must be fixed, level, and securely fastened to walls before templating.
• Sinks, hobs, taps, pop-up sockets, and appliances must be on-site at the time of templating.
• Decision-maker or authorized representative must be present during templating to sign off on overhangs, joints, and seam placements.
• Clear and safe access to the property and installation area must be provided.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required upon order confirmation to secure materials and schedule templating/fabrication.
• The balance payment is due prior to or on the day of installation as specified in your order agreement.
• All goods remain the property of Stone4Home Essex Ltd until paid for in full.

5. Warranties & Care

Our quartz and granite worktops are supplied with manufacturer material warranties where applicable. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive heat, physical impact, chemical exposure, or improper maintenance.

6. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

All content, logos, imagery, graphics, and text on this website are the property of Stone4Home Essex Ltd and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
